Congratulations to Rachel Vincent, NICE’s April 2014 Volunteer of the Month. Rachel has been a volunteer with NICE for over two years and she is only 17 years old. Currently, she is helping with the Citizenship class. She never misses a class. She even goes as far as to re-work her schedule around classes, even if that requires working a double-shift.
Last summer, she volunteered with Resettlement and Youth. Rachel has been faithfully involved with NICE and our clients for more than two years, giving up much of her free time. Her students love her and will readily tell you she is the driving force behind their becoming U.S. citizens.
