The entire NICE family proudly presents our very own Gopal Basnet with the “Employee of the Quarter” award. His diligence and dedication has been an asset to our Employment program. His enthusiasm and the extra hours he puts in from month to month have not gone unnoticed. Gopal is an exceptional employee. His calm, patient manner with clients is legendary. Not surprisingly, clients love working with him. He has a nose for job recruitment, job placement and problem-solving. Take a look at his job placement record which speaks for itself. Since October 1, 2012, he has served 53 clients and 38 have found gainful employment. Some of the key employers who have hired his clients are Tyson in Shelbyville and Goodlettsville, Vanderbilt Hospital, Nissan Varsity, Cheese Cake Factory and Dollar General. Gopal’s charm and ernest pursuit of elusive jobs on behalf of his clients must be the key to his unprecedented success. Gopal personally believes in team work. “When you work together as a team you produce victories and NICE is the best team ever”, he will often say.
