Congratulations to Hikmat Ali, the NICE Staff of the Quarter for the second quarter of 2014. Hikmat started as a Case Worker in the Resettlement Department at NICE only six months ago. Even more amazing, Hikmat has only been in the U.S. for nine months! Yet in that short amount of time, he has made a real difference in the lives of his fellow refugees. Whether taking a family to apply for a social security card, securing an apartment for a new arrival, working as an interpreter for clients in other programs or any other number of duties, Hikmat goes above and beyond to ensure every need is met for his clients. Our programs are all better of for having Hikmat around.
